Is there a lab that still makes super 8 film prints?

Andec in Berlin still offers this.

Yeah Andec is the only lab I know of making 8mm prints and to be clear I think they are only making prints from negative no intermediates for prints from reversal or print dupes.

I think they slit and perf their own from 3383

You might also want to check Augustus Color ( https://augustuscolor.com/en/sviluppo_e_stampa.html ). But AFAIK they only do reduction prints from 35mm/16mm onto S8. And you will have to order an even number of prints.

I can weigh in on that a bit - Cinegrell (Andec) in Berlin can do the following: 

- 8mm direct Neg to Pos print 
- 16 / 35 to S8 print 
- files to S8 print
