In realizing my needs in lights, at least for my home studio work, i stumbled upon the sumomax light from sumolight. It has everything I want in a light. Efficency in output (aka high output for its wattage and size), versatility (it's compatible with dopchoice modifiers and has its own dedicated modifiers from them. Can also be built out into arrays with multiple fixtures), granular pixel mapping (my studio work would involve image based lighting), seems to be rugged as all hell. It addresses my issue with the SpaceX in which that light doesn't go hard enough as a hard light for my taste being like 50 degrees with the reflectors and this not being that bright in a space of lower wattage lights with spottier optics for that purpose, and I can use the sumomax in the exact same scenarios as the SpaceX anyways by using the lenses with similar beam angles. That's why I want to know if any of you have used the sumomax and if so, how is it, does it's theoretical advantages actually track or is it not good? Lemme know
