Glass similarities between panavision lenses and less exclusive lenses

I saw recently that the panavision primos share many glass elements with Leica's (if I recall more specifically the summilux-c).

 

What are other overlaps which are important to know about when trying to find alternatives for these exclusive lenses; namely the c-series anamorphic's but also large format lenses like the Sphero 65's which are the most impressive lenses I've ever seen (i.e. The Master and 2001). I'm also open to projector lens combinations with other lenses that can create these sorts of looks if not a single lens on its own.
