He co-created the greatest TV series ever (Twin Peaks), and created the best movie of the 21st century so far (Mulholland Drive). He is either equal to Kubrick, or at the least, second to him. Pure brilliance.

Also the first big director to embrace digital cinematography when he shot a feature on a DV cam haha.

One of the best visual styles of any director. His Trinity in my opinion exceeds Nolan's, despite being CGI in a show shot digitally - realism is surpassed by sheer creativity and vision.

He captures the horror of it well, although Penderecki's music certainly helped!

I didn't know Lynch acted as well...

I never saw The Fabelmans. I will put it on my long list of library movies to order. I'm full up for now. They only let you have 99 things on order. I have them spread out about 8 or 10 per week and get them as I can watch them. State libraries have 141 DVD's and 37 Blu-ray copies of The Fabelmans. I didn't see any 4K copies, but that does not matter as I don't have 4K gear. They do have lots of other 4K discs you can get.

Use your library. Most of them let you order things interlibrary from around the state. I can get maybe 95% - 98% of what I want. They didn't have Looking for Mr. Goodbar though. It is a problem film to get on DVD anyway. You wouldn't think so.

Didn't see either of them...they are on the list.

Thanks!
