WTB: 35mm Ektachrome (Full can/ short end)

Hi looking for something relatively fresh / shoots well. Any length would be helpful, but willing to go from short end to 1000' cans. Thanks!

Hi Ali,

Your best bet would be to contact Kodak directly. They are cutting and canning this material on-demand. As so few productions are shooting on it, and as the material is so valuable (even as a still film), you're unlikely to source it otherwise.

We see this material at the lab every so often in Berlin but beyond Poor Things the processing has almost exclusively been for advertisement shoots.

Contact EIAmericas@Kodak.com and ask. A fresh 400ft roll should run you just over $500 USD.

Kodak stocks upwards of 100k feet of 35mm at any given time. They generally can't fulfill a feature same day, but they have plenty of film lying around.

Best bet is to contact Kodak Hollywood film shop, they will be the best place to get reliable re-cans in the US.

I have a 400ft can in a freezer I might be able to sell.
