Alexander Boyd Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Hi y'all, I'm shooting a performance on both 35mm film (500T, pushed 1) and digitally. I'm looking for suggestions on what digital camera would be the best/easiest to match to the film footage. I'm leaning towards the Alexa 35 or Mini, but curious to hear your thoughts. Since the whole performance will be cut down to about 5 minutes, I'm also considering having the digital footage printed on 35mm and re-scanned. The same lenses will be used on both cameras. Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts!

I'm still waiting for my URSA Cine, but from my brief tests, it maybe another option, as they do have some really nice film LUT packs for BMD color science. I just haven't tested them yet, as the camera isn't here yet and the workflow is BRAND NEW.
