WTB: Kern Aspheron 5.5mm Attachment for Switar 10mm

I'm looking to buy a Kern Aspheron 5.5mm ultra-wide attachment, ideally in good optical and mechanical condition. 

I’d prefer one with the original case or caps, but I’m open to standalone units as well. If anyone has one for sale or knows where I might find one please drop me a message or reply here.
