I've had very little luck trying to find the UG-636/U cable needed to plug into my Arriflex IIA. This is a single pin coaxial cable frequently used in old military equipment. Through some research I was able to find that this is one of the earlier models of the Arriflex IIA because of the German spelling inside. the model number is 3187. If anyone has information on where to find the cable or a good power supply for this camera that would be much appreciated.

Are you sure that is the right place to plug in power? coax cables and connectors are usually (only exception i know is triax for live studio camera broadcasts) not ment to carry high currentsb

No I could be wrong. I don't know much about the camera. I'll attach a picture of the prongs that are connected to the motor. If you had any info about that it would be very helpful.

There's your power connector.  If it's like the 16S, the pins are different sizes.  That other connector just looks like a run of the mill BNC connector, usually for carrying signals of some sort, not power.

eBay and lots of patience are your friend.  I MAY have a cord that would fit that - I bought it as a 16S cord and it turns out the IIA pins are much bigger.  I'll try to look this weekend.

OK here is what I have.  JUST the connector, with the wires sticking out.  With some work you could lash together a power cable, but it obviously wouldn't have proper strain relief.  I've been assuming this is a IIA or later connector, since it's much bigger than a 16S connector, but I included a shot with a ruler so you could try to figure out if it matches your motor connector.

If so, and you want it, PM me your mailing address and I'll send it to you, free of charge.  (It's not doing me any good!)

I can tell for sure that this will not fit. While there are 35mm ARRI motors with different pin diameters, the motors that were shipped in the IIA era have two identical sized pins. My IIA has them as well.
