Shipping Rentals

I am looking to start renting my cameras in the future and am trying to solidify a good practice for shipping rentals that covers me and my gear. Specifically the vetting process, and orienting the client with the gear virtually.

 

looking for any suggestions or experience/ background from either the renter or rentee’s perspective.
