Arricam ST Mounting Options

Hello.

I recently purchased an Arricam ST and was wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase these cheese plates that replace the two removable side panels?

OR where I could have something like this custom made?

 you hit up a nearby rental house that has film cameras, I'm sure they can help you out or at least tell you what to do or even refer you to a machine shop or whatever that they work with if it's a custom thing you know.
