Any Good 16mm Film Labs in Asia?

Hello, I've been enjoying reading all the great posts and helpful information shared here.

I'm looking for recommendations for good motion picture film labs in Japan, China, or anywhere else in Asia.

I'm specifically looking for a lab that offers 16mm processing along with high-quality scanning. I know there are many excellent labs in Europe, the US, and Australia, but in Asia they seem much harder to find, and the prices are often quite high.

If you've had a good experience with a lab in Asia, I'd really appreciate your recommendations. I'd love to give them a try.
