Interesting comments regarding bias, at the end of the film.

There it all is, in one short sentence.

Yea, Leon makes great videos. I really enjoyed working with him recently on a video about the post workflow on The Odyssey, which will be out end the month most likely.

Hmm. Interesting.

One these days often hears the accusation or just offhand comment that someone is only into gear.

It's backward thinking.

Gear is bloody important to an artist.

Not because of the gear itself (who cares about that, if you can't do anything with it?). But because of what the gear, or the tool, can do!!! If I choose a particular palet knife, with a lovely worn handle on it that I happen to love, you will find that I love that particular tool because of the effect I can get with it with oil paints.

It's the same with cameras.

And by the way, let's drop this thinking, popular with videographers, that only the lens is important and that the camera is just an unimportant box the lens is attached to. That also is shallow, or as I prefer to call it, dumb thinking.

The bloody camera you choose *is* important. I choose a film camera. Yes, the lens is extremely important too. But so is the choice of camera. Sheesh, videographers give me the

It was really nice to see Kodak having a training program for next generation employees. Seeing younger faces of people dedicated to their job gives us, the film shooters, hope. Very well done video, thanks for sharing.
