FD lens repair

I’m attempting to de-click my FD lens apertures. Succeeded on the NFD 50 f1.4, and attempting the NFD 35-105 the fork the aperture control rod is meant to sit in slipped out of sight underneath some elements. A spring popped loose as well, and essentially further disassembly is needed. Focus works fine, blades work fine, but I don’t have control and the loose spring means even the activation lever doesn’t work, meaning the lens is stuck wide open. There’s scarce resources online for safely disassembling that lens, so if anyone knows where to find a manual, video, or guide to completely and safely disassemble the 35-105 f3.5, it would be a godsend.
