Russian 35mm and 16mm cine camera literature circa 60' to 80's

I have come across some interesting Russian literature on 35mm and 16mm cine cameras.  I find it fascinating that the state developed cameras for specific tasks, from animation to high speed work, instead of making a standard model or two with lots of accessories depending on the work needed.  I can imagine the costs in developing short run cameras with unique, largely hand made parts would have been expensive, far beyond a private companies resources, or interest unless they were guaranteed sales.

The extracts can be downloaded from the links, the links are safe, I use the site for all my downloads.  The extracts were translated using Yandex and I think are passable.  If anyone can do a better job translating, let me know and I will send you the originals.  But if you cannot do better, keep your criticism to yourself…
