Light Leaks With Kiev 88

Getting consistent light leaks and inconsistent spacing on my 6x6 Kiev 88 camera. I'm only able to get 10 pictures out of a 120 roll. Does anyone know how to fix these issues?

Failed light traps around the dark slide- in your case on the right hand side.

The flock/foam material can be replaced, but I eventually had to replace some leaky old 60s Hasselblad backs with newer ones. But you won't have that option as there aren't any newer ones.
