Guest shutter bug Posted August 7, 2006 Posted August 7, 2006 i have an arri 2b, in pretty good condition. needs a servicing. theres a schneider 50mm, astro berliner 32mm and a zeiss jena 85mm. four 200ft mags. a 24fps motor and a variable motor. all comes with an aluminium flight case (not foam to fit the camera). im looking at selling it all. any idea what it should go for?

My 2B has a 2C high speed movement in it, came with one mag, a variable speed motor, and no lenses. I paid $1200 for it and have about quadrupled that with Cooke SPII/III lenses, Tobin motor, Ultracam mattebox, extra mags, etc. I feel I'm still at a pretty good price point since most everything is at least at the minimum professional quality used for serious 35mm work.

Oh well, a guy can dream. Kev i actually know a rental house that has one but isnt selling. i was going to convert this one over but decided not to.im going to sell it off instead.
