Ideal Gamma Setting

Wanna know wat cld be the ideal gamma setting for a D20 for a room lit in a low key fashion, with a high contrast desired.

I would suggest shooting some tests and working from there. Also, with this camera, you really have to think about how you plan to handle your footage in post, because that will make a difference as to how you shoot it (as far as various settings). Definitely get yourself to a decent waveform monitor and vectorscope and just see what you come up with.
