Arri IIc 16 volt batteries and charger

Does anyone know where I could find a couple batteries and a charger for the IIc? I'm hoping to find a couple block batteries and a charger. Are they readily available or would I have to have them made?

I own a 2c camera and i was trying to purchase some 16 volt batteries from used camera sellers . All the bateries that i bought had to be recelled so i meda my own to baterie company to fit to 2c cable and they din't cost a lot. Thet work perfect.
