Amarjeet Singh Sadal
off all the high-end talk about cinematography happening here. a very simple and amateur request. everyone knows that every film we see is digitally graded. but if claudio along with others can post a raw frame and cc'ed frame(a few of them :)) it would be highly educating to see what a great dp sees and shoots to get a particular look he has in mind. thanks all for sharing Edited February 5, 2007 by Amarjeet Singh Sadal

Most production companies, especially if they have distribution contracts or are negotiating contracts, will not let any release footage. After release, cinematographers, usually as a matter of contract, can use certain amounts of the finished footage for their personal use in a demonstration reel to present in their curriculum vitae. Likewise, they are usually required to give consent to use crew member likeness, image, conversation, etc. for "making of," promotional uses, documentary, etc. for the picture. Sometimes they will allow test shots etc. for educational purposes, like this what your asking. Producers, Distributors, Studios, are usually very protective about their property, and you wouldn't want a DP to jeopardize his professional relationships. I can not show any footage from my current project. What I can show you is what is already on my site. Although the file has been coverted from dpx to jpeg, you can see the color correction applied. http://www.claudiomiranda.com/heinekenttl.html
