Strange how "HD" is often lazily used referring to video only... it is not... both video (digital) and FILM (8mm, 16mm, 35mm and 70mm) can all be SD or HD... when transferred to Tape or Hard Drive :rolleyes: Acquisition is one thing.... Surprised to find out that the US is the only country in the world that has strong international anti corporate bribing laws. If S16mm was truly dead we wouldn't be having this conversation and the success of projects shot in the format really do it more good than the misguided announcements from the BBC do harm. Ultimately its proved competitive for the time being and an exciting option for film makers who prove time and time again the versatility of S16.. What's Poirot shot on these days?
