Can you use a BP-4 or BP-9 with the IIc flatbase? Which flatbase? I think the Bridgeplate came out after the IIC was discontinued & replaced by the 35III. The CEI motorbase, which is not an Arri product, ought to fit. But anything made prior to the bridgeplate...nah. Edited December 14, 2006 by Leo Anthony Vale

You can get a flat base for the IIC with the motor is mounted on the side of the camera rather than underneath. It was commonly used when the 11C was used on a Steadicam. I've used a Bridgeplate on a 11C, but I can't recall any riser details.

The motor mounts vertically. It would need an adaptor/riser. Something like the Cine60 might be too thick.
