Rod Otaviano
www.nostalghia.com Amazing site including his diaries, memoirs, and other writings. The Tarkovsky fan could spend hours here. I love this site. I particularly recommend his diaries on the making of ?The Sacrifice?. Some surprising revelations there.
David Sweetman
Yes, I've just begun reading that, because I'm writing a school paper on the philosophical nature of Tarkovsky's films. Also this article will probably be of particular interest here, it's Nykvist on Tarkovsky: http://www.acs.ucalgary.ca/~tstronds/nosta...ist-Memoir.html
Jon-Hebert Barto
Yeah, I have this bookmarked as a favorite. Go there everyweek to check for updates and such. I've pretty much been thru the whole site and it is the best Tarkovsky resource on the web I've found so far. If a new book or cd or, well, pretty much anthing Tarkovsky related comes out, they'll have it spotlighted... You might want to check out the arts and faith forum, David. You might find it a very like-minded place to discuss films...of course I still want you to come here, and often! But knowing your are a person of faith, and now you're getting turned on to THE MASTER, I thought you might want to know about it, if you didn't already. They seem to be pretty open to everything on film. They actually frequently discuss horror films and such...I don't know for sure but I think Tarkovsky has been discussed there at length before..... -Jonnie
