Gencer Hassan
Hi, i'm really new to this super8 stuff and i'm about to take delivery of a Nizo 4080. I've done a bit of searching but i am still unsure as to what type of batteries i should use with this camera. I dont want to damage the thing so any advice would be welcome. Thanks. Sorry this a duplicate post, i've re-posted using my full name. Edited May 1, 2007 by Gencer Hassan
Bernhard Zitz
It's designed for 1.2V rechargeable batteries, allthough it works with regular 1.5V, the circuit is protected against overload by diodes. check here: http://super8wiki.com/index.php/Nizo_4080 anyway rechargeable batteries are cheaper and more enviroment-friendly on the long term... cheers, Bernhard

As a personal preference, I'd go with 1.2v Ni-Cd. These are 1.5v Ni-MH. Most chargers you find will recharge both. I get mine from here: http://www.megabatteries.com Luck!
