It is made by Kish Optics in the US. www.kishoptics.com The mesmerizer mounts to the rear of a zoom lens (such as in the position of an extender), and it allows you to rotate the image in camera. The gear on the side lets you do this with a follow focus or a lens motor. The unit is in excellent used condition.
