Looking for a standard tripod (2 or 3 stage) with a 150mm Mitchell flat base top.

a 150mm Bowl-to-Mitchell flat base adapter.

Sorry, but this was incorrectly worded. What I meant was:

 

Looking for a standard tripod with a Mitchell top casting.

 

-OR-

 

an adapter that enables a head w/ a Mitchell base to be mounted on a tripod with a 150mm bowl.

 

Hopefully, I have it right this time.
