Green reflection throw redrock m2

Hi, has someone ever met a green reflection (the same green like the one i see in the reflections of a treated lens) of a high-light part of the picture onto the picture, using the redrock m2 system or another?

 

Where in the system do you think it happens?

 

Are there any solutions to get red of it?

 

In the case i saw it happen, the system might have not been perfectly centered (but almost!), and i had not managed to clean thin tracks on the front and back glasses of the redrock. (would especially these glasses don't like basic glass-cleaner and alcohol?)
