YouTube's 20GB cap

Before Christmas, I checked on YouTube's upload policy and found they were accepting uploads of a feature length size (up to 20GB). Now they say that's not available and the cap is 1GB and 10 minutes runtime. What happened? I was going to dump my lesser productions onto You Tube, but can't now. Anyone know what happened with them?

When you say, "own space" do you mean some kind of YouTube thing or, as in, my own site.

I have to say that there is little evidence that they had even allowed the higher limit. It was linked to the help pages that described HD content. I can't find any of it know. I'm pretty sure I didn't dream it.

You have to be a Youtube partner to ge the 20gb limit. You would not qualify for such.
