In stores, I've seen it at major book retailers like Barnes & Noble and Borders. Sometimes one store may be out of stock but can order it for you or locate it at another store in the area. David E Elkins Posted January 10, 2005 Share Posted January 10, 2005 I am the author of The Camera Assistant's Manual. The fourth edition will be out in late January 2005. My book is designed for those people that have little or no experience and want to learn how to do the job. Doug Hart's book is geared toward those assistant's that have been working for a while.
