Matteo Cocco
Hello everybody, I shot this year a short feature on s16mm. The short has been transferred to Digibeta, edited and color corrected. End product: Digibeta. The film has been selected and invited to participate in the Student Competition at the Camerimage Festival in Poland. The problem is that they ONLY accept a 35mm print of the shortfilm. We don´t have the budget to pay for that. Does anyone have ideas about the specific costs and/or solutions? The short is 27 minutes in length. I would be happy if you could help me! Best Regards, Matteo Cocco
Premium Member Paul Bruening Posted November 11, 2009 Premium Member Share Posted November 11, 2009 Congratulations, Matteo. Since it is already selected, consider getting a grant or corporate support. If you splash a company's name on the screen before the movie starts (an endorsement printed into the print?), you may be able to woo a company into the project. Then, chop that part off for other showings.
