Tripod for a HDR-FX1

My name is Niklaas Paul Hoyng (this is my first message on the forum).

I'm a video-operator from The Netherlands.

 

I need some advice on the next question.

Does anybody knows, wich tripod I could use best for my Sony HDR-FX1?

 

Smooth tripodhead, nice resistance, a little havy etc.

I like the Vinten stuff. Made by people who originally manufactured mounts for machine guns, so they presumably know what they're at.

I think pretty much all the tripod companies are owned by Vinten now...
