Jasper Granderath
///PLEASE APOLOGIZE THE DOUBLE POSTING HERE AND ON THE LOS ANGELES REGIONAL BOARD/// Dear friends, I am a 2nd year cinematography fellow at the American Film Institute. Tomorrow at 9Am I am supposed to shoot some tests at Panavision Woodland Hills. Due to some communication errors I don't have the film stock I need to test. So my question: Does anyone around here has about 200ft or more of Kodak Vision 3 5207 laying around? I would be able to pick the stock up between NOW and 8AM tomorrow morning. I would replace the donated short end by Friday! Please let me know if there is someone who can help me out, I'd hate to stand there tomorrow with a set of anamorphics and no film stock. You can call and email me anytime: 323.580.3215 jasper.granderath@gmail.com Thanks in advance! Best, Jasper
K Borowski
Instead of gambling that someone will have a 200-foot end lying around, you really ought to call up Kodak or a short end dealer and just buy one. What will cost more: The difference between the short end you buy and the short end that isn't getting in until late (that you'll sell) or having to rebook a shoot and having an entirely wasted day?
