Red One Build 30 Rolling Shutter question

Hello,

I am shooting a dubstep music video and I plan on having a majority of my lights (Source fours) to be on flicker masters and dimmers and I am shooting on a RED one build 30 (not the MX sensor). I was wondering if anyone has any advice regarding rolling shutter with the Red camera's CMOS sensor. I don't know how fast I can flash the lights without getting rolling shutter artifacts in my image. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that could give any incite. Thank you for reading and any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think it's even possible to flicker or flash a tungsten source fast enough to see a rolling shutter effect; the cool-down and warming times are too slow. All CMOS have the issues but I can only get it to happen with camera-type flashes and sometimes with gun fire.
