Bryan Jacobson Posted March 9, 2005 Share Posted March 9, 2005 I would bring it to a post house that uses hardware encodes, like a sonic. They will probably transfer your footage to DBC (digital beta cam) and then encode the audio and video. Spruce uses a hardware encode as well. Just check around, a cheap way is to use DVD studio pro but the hardware encode is much more reliable. With sonic creator you can adjust the data rate after it is encoded for spikes when heavy transistions that breaks up the compression. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have it encoded with the Cinema Craft encoder at 9mbs. Convert the audio to AC3. Since your demo is short the whole video can be encoded at the highest possible rate. Have it burned onto Authoring DVD's (Pioneer S-201) for maximum compatability. Our facility can do exactly this for you at a reasonable price if you would like.
