Denis Dufresne
I need help achieving this color. It's a chocolatey color with dusk/dawn look. Im not sure wether I can just do the color correction/grading in post or try to achieve it while I am shooting during production. Any advice/pointer would help. Thanks And I also went to lee's filter website and found 3 different gel... here is the link. I dont know if they would help out. http://www.leefilters.com/lighting/colour-list.html Number: 742, 653,
Stuart Brereton
Looking at the tones in that video, I think you may be better off using a set of Coral filters. They come in a range of strengths. If I remember correctly, a Coral 3 is roughly equivalent to an 85 filter, but with more of a pink tone. I don't think they have used heavy chocolate filters, as the whites are still white, and the blues in the evening sky are still visible. A light Coral (1) combined with the musician's naturally dark skintones would get you close to this look. Obviously, a lot of it will also come down to your lighting, natural or artificial.
