Cleaning filters

Hi everyone.

 

Some of you know my family and I were adversely affected by Hurricane Sandy. But we count ourselves lucky: our basement was flooded and we lost a lot of stuff, but we are all okay and we still have a roof over our heads :)

 

Anyway, I am trying to salvalge my 2x2 Tiffen glass filters and I wanted to know the best way to clean them. They were contaminated with dirty salt-water. Can anyone tell me if a bleach solution would do any harm?

Soap and water, windex, lens cleaner, acetone, benzene?, they're glass and should clean up easily.
