Determining Footcandles

Hello,

 

I have the Sekonic L-758DR. It does everything the same as the "Cine" version except footcandles. My question is, is there a simple equation that can determine the amount of footcandles by only knowing the ISO, Shutter and Aperture? Any suggestion on how I can read footcandles without buying the "Cine" version?

A footcandle lightmeter tends to use a flat disc rather than a dome. I know that when I used the dome on my Cine Spectra for footcandles the readings were out.
