AlejandroGomez
Hey guys! I need your opinion, right now I'm doing a shortfilm. In one of the scenes, our protagonist(gary) is working in the office and he looks bad, he is tired of this work, day by day comes to work and feels that their life is a waste of time. In the scene I underexposed the clip and adding a flat look not more contrast and low saturation with the finality to recreate the monotony of the day. I know thats hard to coment about it in a few frames but I need your opinion , what do tou think about the color grading? Sorry for my bad english Cheers Edited August 24, 2013 by AlejandroGomez
alika aurelya
hi alejandro i think yo need to darker same areas to make the point interest to the actor.. your color i think no problem because it is your concept from the story.. best regard
grantbennett2
Hi, The uniform flat dead feel to the colour is good; I would go just very slightly more blue than green. You could raise the master gamma and pull the master black back (no crushing) to wash out the skin tone a bit. Grant Bennett Colourist
