The author is a well known Sony guy.. if you have an F3 I think the F5/55 guide might be better than the Fs5.. or just get onto google still seem to be quite a few people still using F3,s.. those guides will be quite specific to each camera I think..

Exposure on the F3 is a breeze. Just set your lightmeter to 800 ISO, or use the built-in spot meter to check various parts of the frame (when shooting slog - 32% is middle grey and 64% is white with the spot meter).

Is Jimmy Jib your real name? I can't find any internet credits for an Australian editor named James Jib or Jimmy Jib...
