The LUGOM adapter is for D-mount lenses on the Paillard-Bolex L 8 which has a short-register D-mount thread, so two threads with the adapter. The Elgeet 384 adapter has a female D-mount thread but the bayonet end for Bell & Howell Filmo Eights such as with this lens:
