Lucky that it wasn't shot on digibeta as the BBC had history doing that back in the 00s because it was a very good drama. shot on 16mm.. interesting.. yes probably good it wasn't shot on digibeta..! The BBC were very into Digi-Beta but life on Mars was made by Kudos productions. They were really into shooting on film - I remember Spooks using the Aaton Minima in interesting ways.
