Fs5 Camara connected with Shogun 7

I have installed 4k Raw licence in my Camara, In setting i changed a  REC SET output format  4096x2160/50p, i cannot find the 4k video out in Fs5, i am getting  2160/1080i

Can anybody guide me how to get a video out 4k?

I can't able to record 4k in shogun 7,,

Hi Raj!

If you're getting 2160, you should be getting 4k (4096x2160). Are you getting any errors? Could you also post a screenshot/picture of what the Shogun is telling you?
