Affordable C-Stand Carts?

Looking tp purchase a C-stand cart with wheels to hold 10-15 c stands. Essentially it's like a dolly, but they are all so super expensive?

 

Any reccomendations on something under $500?

They're also incorrigibly heavy, at least most of the commercial options are.

 Either get any type of low-cost cart and put some hooks in the right place, or if all else fails:

I know someone who had a welder copy their c-stand cart, using a hand truck as the base and scrap steel. It turned out well.
