Small self powered prop lights (Magic Beans)

Buenas a todos!! I'm new to the forum so I might be steping over some rules and all this things so apologies ❤️

The deal is to fake three glowing beans in a bag. Now, we are shooting on 16mm 250D and would like to go for 4T. 

Anyone has experience or ideas on how to make this effect. My thinking right now is to prioritize in movility but this might sacrifice too much on light intensity? I'm  thinking of geting some of these:

Also the idea right now is not to show a glowing bean, only to imply it but we thought of reflecting this lights on the character's eyes and make it more explicit, do you think this could work?
