Kyle Farscht Posted January 25, 2023 Share Posted January 25, 2023 I just bought a Source 4 750W on Ebay and I didn't realize that it has a bates stage pin plug rather than an edison. Does anyone know of any converters that are safe and can hand the 750W with no issue so I can go from bates to edison so I can plug it in to a household outlet? Mark Dunn Posted January 25, 2023 Share Posted January 25, 2023 Just change the plug. I'd consider it an everyday domestic job with ordinary hand tools- it's less powerful than an electric kettle. Nicolas POISSON Posted January 25, 2023 Share Posted January 25, 2023 If you are to use it in a professional context, you should replace the plug by a rubber one, as It might be required by local regulations.
