  1. Tony, thanks for info, by the way I checked your stuff and must say it's some really great work you did there, respect!
  2. Thanks you for your answer, I'm running some tests there this week, non of the labs there has Kodak's certificate of IMAGECARE Program, therefore I wanted to check if someone has experiences processing there.
  3. I wonder if anyone could tell me something about processing 35mm material in China, I'm about to shoot a feature here and I'm considering the local labs, the closest city is Shanghai. also I would be happy to get in touch with some Shanghai/Beijing based DoPs in order to exchange experiences
  4. thanks, I'll check it out, are you in Shanghai now?

  6. if u have no time to shoot test just take the risk, green shouldn't go blue :) usually neons come up really nice, in most cases, good luck
  7. Hi, nice tests, if this is kind of subject u want to shoot I would go definitely for S4, superspeeds are also very good but not as smooth, more sharp and higher contrast, I think S4 fits better for the mood you want to get. Anyway, the best is to shoot the same test with both sets and watch the result on the screen, comparing directly.
  8. I've just graduated Cinematography dep. there. I think it's worth it. There are only a few good tutors, they very old and very often don't get what u say so it's waist of time to discuss thinks. The good think about this school is that we shoot 35mm the whole time. So u get the best experiences possible. Every think there plays up so u get a lot of hard times and nowhere else u get so confused. The best there are the young people u meet in school, I guess I've learned the most from them... It's not so hard to get in, two ways to study: regular course/4 years/master of art or u can just do one year as a free to go any class u want, it's the cheepeast and it's perfect if u want to get only experiences. To get the cost u must call the office.
