  1. Hi everybody! I'm going to shoot a short film in a few weeks. We're going to use an Arri BL4 S. Any tips or advices for this camera? Thanks!
  2. Does anyone knows where to download an ARRI BL4'S quick guide like the ones that are at Arri's website of the Arricam, etc..?? MANY THANKS!
  3. Thanks Mitch! I'll check this information. Greetings!
  4. Anybody knows how to attatch a video assist system to an Arri BL 16mm. Is it possibe? Thanks!
  5. Thanks for your useful information!
  6. CAn anyone tell me what's the difference between putting a filter on camera or in the telecine? For example a black promist. And how these affects to the final image? Thanks!
  7. Hi everybody! I don't know how to shoot for obtaining a particular effect. I want to shoot like in the music videos when image is in slow motion but the lips of the siger go at the same time as the song. Anybody knows? Thanks!

    Help me pic a cam

I can assure that the eyepiece rotation is a little bit unconfortable. But in the other hand I have obtained very good results with this camera. Anyone knows if there's any possibility to eliminate this eyepiece rotation?
  9. I own an Arri BL 16mm. I bought it because it looks like new and works very well. This was the camera we have in the film school and I use it for music videos and experimenting.
  10. Xavi Giménez is a cinematographer from Barcelona (my city) and I really love his work, specially on The Machinist with Christian Bale as the main character. Anyone knows the work of Xavi Giménez? There's his link at the IMDB. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0319885/
  11. Just like you said. I feel the same. When I'm lighting a set or thinking about some camera shoots is when I feel that I'm giving the best of me. Hours pass as minutes and every shooting day seems to be short. (This is my firts reply, and I will accept grateful any corrections about my english. Thanks and read you all!)
