I've been in the movie business since graduating college a frightening number of years ago. Most of the time, I'm working as a grip or dolly grip on TV shows or commercials. I haven't been hired to shoot anything in years, but I list DP as my occupation because the last time I shot something, I sure felt like a DP, and I'm not responsible for the decisions of producers who don't hire me!
