The ceremony is at 3pm outdoors I do not have info on the reception yet, most likely the it will be indoors going through the night. These are the best cameras at my disposal: Canon 1014 xls Nikon R10 Beaulieu 4008ZMII Which of these cameras do you thinks is a better choice? I like them all, but want to here your take on a wedding scenario. I am going to use Tri X and Plus X for color stock what do you guys suggest? Tripod, hand held or both? All tips are welcome and appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

  13. Hi everyone, I have a stupid question.... Can you load a 100' daylight reel in the 30 meter magazine of a Kinor 16 cx-2m or you need to have the film without the spool? I told you it was a stupid question  Thanks in advance for your help.
  14. Hello, I just notice that I posted almost the same question yesterday, sorry for that. My problem is with a Nizo 801 Macro. Reading this, a day late  , it seems that a few people have a similar problem. Anyone knows if this is a common problem with Nizos? My Nizo runs and sounds fine except for the light meter in the auto position and manual is not working. Also anyone knows of a good technician in the US for Nizo cameras. The guy that I use to fix my cameras is not to fond of Nizos. Thank for all the help.
  15. A little cheap camera could be the Minolta 401 or 601 these cameras are compact, manual and auto exposure, and both models have time lapse capabilities which I think is a cool feature to play around with. You can find these cameras on e-bay fairly cheap. These are not the best super 8 just starting point? I do agree if you are able to get your hands on a Canon 518, 814 Electronic or 1014 Electronic you will get a great starting camera. If you search this forum you will find a ton of information on the top S8 cameras my personal favorites are: Nikon R10 ? great glass Canon 1014 XLS Beaulieu 4002 ZMII In regards to books I think that a great starting point would be: Independent Film Making by Lipton, Lenny You can pick this up from an Amazon seller for about $3.00 USD. And the best way to learn is to shoot, shoot and shoot?of course take lots of notes?. Good luck and enjoy.
  16. Hi Lee, I also have a Kinor and I am very interested in what you are doing with the matt box and video tab. Once you are done please post some photos and a step by step of how you did it. I would really appreciated.
