Cleaning up the garage this week. Selling a well taken care of, lightly used camera rocker plate. It was purchased from Birns and Sawyer about twenty years ago. It was always kept in a case. Smooth action. Works as it should. It has locks for both pan and tilt, mounting is a 3/8" standard bolt. Included is a black Pelican 1400 case. More detailed photos available. Selling 3 block, 1 belt 12/24 volt NiCad Batteries. The cells have been removed to make transport and shipping easier. Again these are NON functioning batteries as is. The are in proper working and charging condition they just need new cells installed. They are one piece and have the chargers included. They were purchased new from VICTORY BATTERY in 1996 and can be recelled there. They were used for about 3 or 4 seasons on television series and then were put in storage. Photos are available. You could rent a set of louvered shutters for cine lights. Use them on a separate brighter light that has been gelled warmer than your other lights to simulate muzzle flash. The shutters are placed in front of this light in a closed position. When desired, simply "flash" open the louvers to create the muzzle effect. This is how they used to do these types of effects before newer, modern lighting instruments like Lightning Strikes were invented. This should be a fairly affordable way to do the shot you've described. The trick will be achieving a believable balance and finding a suitable angle for for your "Gun" light to work from. Good Luck
