  1. Looking to purchase a used Alexa mini kit, please DM or email (greg@gregephraimDP.com) thanks! greg ephraim gregephraimdp.com
  2. awesome! thanks for the fast responses guys! LCD it is, and I was thinking about having the projected image out of focus a bit, so that will work out perfect! if anyone can think of any other tips, of course I would greatly appreciate it!
  3. Hey All, Got a music video coming up where we want to shoot some rear projection, but it doesnt have to be perfect, going for a more corny look....but was wondering if there is any issue with the RED with rear projection with the rolling shutter. Are there projectors that are better for the job than others, any help would be greatly appreciated, this is my first time giving rear projection a shot. (what would be a good lumens amount, does it make a difference between LCD or DLP projection, etc...) Thanks in advance for any help! Cheers
  4. Hey Jamie, Not sure if you shot yet, but I'm sure you probably know by now that RED has released FCP native support (makes quicktime wrappers) but works really fast and you get full native color support in Color to where you can color there, or spit out DPX. By the way, hope your doing well man :) Cheers
  5. Got this guy for a feature that got pushed and need to pay rent, its the O'connor 102-b Hyrdo-Ped from the 80's, this thing is solid! Pretty rad too, uses hydraulics for easy and quick leveling and ease of lifting/lowering the pedestal column. Does not have a 100/150mm bowl on it, could get an adapter for it, I know Transylvania Films in LA will mod these bad boys for you. It's in good condition, the tanks just need to be filled, just go to any hydraulic shop and they'll fill it for you, then you don't have to fill it for years. Supports up to 100lbs and weighs 29lbs and has a nice handle that levels the tripod for a nice evenly distributed weight when carrying. Email me with any questions (greg@moviesthatmakeyoudance.com), I'm located Bay Area, CA but will also ship. Would like to sell for $1000 but will take offers. photos here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/2307414...7605815345021/ Cheers! Greg Ephraim Director of Photography www.moviesthatmakeyoudance.com
